This one can be tough in grades above XF. There may be two or three MS specimens and a handful of AU's, and even the lower grades do not pop up that often.

PCGS Graded XF45. A very nice, original example of this very scarce variety.

Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 13 is less than 1/4 mm. from curl. Date is 8 mm. Small 8's. The 2 has a thick base, thin top and large knob. Rusting of the die has produced several die lumps on neck.

Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/4 mm. and high. The C leans sharply to left and has a serif that is doubled at the front and below the main final cutting. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. I centered under right side of T. Arrowheads connected by die defect lines. Line 3 of stripe 3 to fourth crossbar.
