1827 O-134 R4 Capped Bust Half Dollar

A scarce marriage, but there is a decent group of AU's, 2 MS63's have surfaced as well as a group of MS62's.

Variety Attribution: Obverse-Date is 8 mm. Mouth slightly open. Star 13 less than 1/4 mm. from curl. Light die lines from milling opposite and below end of bust are visible on most specimens.

Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/2 mm. and high. Arrow to A is 3/4 mm. left side of I centered under T. About half of the stripe lines extend to second crossbar. A die defect line 1 1/2 mm. long extends upward from right eagles claw at shield.
